Fun little mechanic. If you are fast enough to use his skill 1 first and his 2nd skill after, you are able to get an instant root off from it if aimed well and fast. A neat little trick worth mastering, makes him much more stronger.

My Build for Xavier that i find suited is cd reduc. boots, enchanted talisman, lightning truncheon, devine glave, concentrated or necklace of endu. then Holy cristal or the freeze item..
