I've got the same phone but I've found that the vids look very dark at times. I'm not sure whether it's the HDR+ etc. Any clue?

A camera is best but Xiaomi's video is good it's a little hard to tell the difference

DSLR still much better, only samsung s22 ultra or iP13pro can match so far with dslr

The only difference I caught when background blur gone but I think Xiaomi has better sharpness overall

the dslr has a much better depth to it then xiaomi (the res looked the same to me)
