Colorado's 'Assault Weapons' Bill & 11% Excise Tax On Guns & Ammo Update

Things are moving fast with anti-gun legislation in Colorado. Leslie Hollywood from Rally For Our Rights sat down with me to discuss the latest development on the "assault weapon" bill, firearm "sin tax" and others. Watch to hear where things stand and what we can do to stop them.

11% compound tax is unconcontitional! Also, we all know none of this 11% tax wouldn't go towards victims of crime etc, just like the Marijuana tax was supposed to go towards our parks and schools

You are 100% correct about Arizona. I'm born and raised here in AZ and I'm beyond nervous about how our state is changing. If upcoming elections keep going the way they have been we'll be fighting the same fight as you in Colorado. It's also a big reason ive been buying so much stuff the past 5 years

Minneapolis Star Tribune Company v. Commissioner, 460 U.S. 575 (1983) was a SCOTUS decision under 1st amendment. It was shown that Ink was a component protected part needed to exercise the 1st amendment and should not be "sin" taxed. Ammunition should be protected as needed under the 2nd amendment. This should be used as a point and is an easy to fallow as a concept to non gun owners. A Poll Tax is also outlawed as it infringes on your Right to Vote.

Ive been looking for way to get involved. After watching this video days ago. I joined rally for our right for more info have have gotten absolutely nothing back. If we are going to beat this the 2A community needs to get organized and clearly there is no organization going on.
