Windows Start Button History and Windows 8

If you want the song that is playing in the background or the Windows XP logo animation, on a Windows XP computer, go to "C:\WINDOWS\system32\oobe\images".

As stated in the video, I do not own any of the logos for Microsoft Windows 1, Microsoft Windows 2, Microsoft Windows 3.1, Microsoft Windows 95, Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Windows ME, Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Vista, Microsoft Windows 7, or Microsoft Windows 8. The XP Logo animation was made by Frank Kruz, is included in Windows XP, and is owned by Microsoft. The song is "Windows Welcome Music", is included in Windows XP, and is owned by Microsoft. I do not own the Windows Start button either. Microsoft owns the Windows 95-2000 Start button, the Windows XP start button, the Windows Vista Start button, the Windows 7 Start button, and the Windows 8 sensitive corner that leads to the Start Screen.

You can easily get a replacement star button app. I use Classic Shell (free) but I've heard StarIsBack is really good too.

+Matthew Kobus It's 2016, and we got 10. probably apps would get mixed up with windows 95/98 if 9 was released, but it's on microsoft's site for testers only.

The windows 8 start menu is an ENTIRE SCREEN! It even says "Start" at the upper left.

I know that NOW! I use Windows 8 now and Classic Shell, but I do occasionally use Win 8 Apps.
