✅ Ingredients:

200g hazelnuts 🌰

150g dark chocolate 🍫

15g unsweetened cocoa powder

60g powdered sugar

1 pinch of salt 🧂

30g milk powder

1 tsp honey 🍯

1 drop vanilla extract

100g sunflower oil

1️⃣ Roast hazelnuts at 180°C for 10 min or in a pan for 5 min. Let cool.
2️⃣ Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave at low power.
3️⃣ Blend hazelnuts until smooth, then add dry ingredients.
4️⃣ Add chocolate, honey, vanilla, and oil. Blend until creamy.
