Since 2018 it’s been obvious that the SEC does the opposite of what they are claiming their goals” to protect investors” in the crypto market. For 3 years my portfolios have been nothing but hurt by the XRP. However they inadvertently created opportunities for many savvy investors who were able to dollar cost average down through horrible news like the XRP lawsuit.
