Hey, there!
In this video, we'll be going over how to perform a standard Bent Over Barbell Row and Single-Arm Dumbbell Row as well as some common mistakes to avoid when doing doing these two exercises.
I myself have made ALL of these mistakes and am still working to improve my form even after three years of lifting. Please don't sweat it if you find yourself making any of these mistakes! The only way to get better is to recognize where we can make improvements and practice! You got this!
