Op need to ask her dad to get a copy of her birth certificate, as well as the divorce papers for the fact of the divorce. Make 100s of copy of the Birth Certificate, and give a copy each and every time the argument arise. As well as keeping a journal of every time they want her to reject her dad, as reference if there is a contest for parental alienation.

Op's mom and the half-siblings will be quite surprised when she reach 18, move out and choose to go LC or even NC... It's been 11yrs since Op is in a situation where multiple people are trying to erase and replace her Dad by someone she doesn't like. Her asking the judge (who's a complete idiot btw) to change the custody agreements at 16 should have been a wake-up call for the Mom...

I don’t understand. When these court hearings happen, is the case between your mother and your father, or is it between your mother, your father, and a court appointed attorney for you? At your age you should be able to request your own attorney.

Honestly I would get a DNA test with the dad so that when the siblings are old enough to understand it and correct OP they can show them and say "See ? You're dad is not my dad that's why I call him by His name"
