How To Download All Of Your Instagram Data

In this quick tech how-to video, I’m going to show you how to download all of your Instagram data, including photos, comments, profile info, and more.

To get started, open the Instagram app and tap your profile icon in the lower right.

Next tap the three-line menu button on the top right. In here, select Settings.

Next, choose Security.

In here in the Data and History section, you’ll see Download Data. Choose that.

Now you’ll be at the download your data page, where you’ll be able to submit to Instagram for a file that includes all of your Instagram activity, including photos, videos, comments, and more. It also lets you know that this could take up to 48 hours for the file to be processed and sent to you.

Enter your email address and hit Request Download.

On the next page enter your Instagram password and tap Next, and finally Done to finish.

You’ll then be emailed the zipped file containing all of your Instagram files. But remember that it may take a little bit to get to you depending on your profile size.

And that’s how you download all of your Instagram data.
