Easy DIY Fire Starters #shorts

How to make fire starters from things found around the house. It is always a good idea to carry a fire starter while camping or hiking. They are very helpful with wet kindling. They are worth their weight in gold if you are in a survival situation and needed fire asap. Most times when you need an emergency fire it is cold and wet. Video is self explanatory. The only thing needing mentioning is to add the melted wax just to saturation. I’ve seen these made with egg cartons and that would probably be the best choice. But. I wanted to experiment with this particular starter and did not have access to an egg carton at the time. I enjoy experimenting. #fire #campfire

Have you tried using Black Beard Fire Starters? They work great! Very affordable and they are made in America!

I do that, but I use card type egg cartons. It gives a decent burn time.Helpful Whem wood is wet. Thanks for sharing Joe.

I'm doing this, but I put some cottom at the bottom, and some toilet paper rippings on it, cause the drier was empty.😂❤Useful tip btw!💯💯
