you can use the trim in the An225 from the cockpit, on the yoke

Global 6000 is a really fun one. I fly in VR a lot, And I fully enjoy it. the A330, no matter what I do, it kills my engines EVERY TIME I take off. Even after calibrating my throttles, and having all assists disabled, it just falls from the sky. No idea why, but hey. it is what it is

The headwind a330-900 is one my favourite planes to fly and it 100% is my favorite Airbus plane in the sim (unless you count the fbw a32nx project) so it 100% deserves higher

I'd have to disagree with the C-17. But I fly nearly exclusively from the cockpit and I found the C17 sorely lacking in that regard.
