My reasoning for each character:

5. Revan:

-managed to defeat strike teams which consists of powerful sith such as Marr, etc. and scales > novel vitiate in his novel Revan form. In EOO he holds his own against the emperor and in SOR he manages to defy death etc. Also proven very high through scaling > Pre ziost Vitiate, Kun, SF Malak, DE Sidious, etc.

4. Jaina Solo

- Managed to show parity with FOTJ Luke and defeated and eventually surpassed Darth Caedus

3. Leia Organa:

- Held up against Luke Skywalker and also absorbed some of the monolith’s power.

2: The Outlander:

- Showed to be > Post Ziost Valk and every other version except for KOTFE and perhaps EOO.

1. Luke:

Massive W even tho I would’ve put Jaina 2nd since she’s as strong as Caedus who drove GM Luke into a corner in their duel forcing him to use the dark side to win

Legends Anakin should be 2nd, he could solo the whole council easily on his own.
