-This place looks nice, doesn't it?
- Yeah, it's cozy. let's check out the menu.
- They have today's special listed here. Looks interesting
- What's for starters? I'm thinking of getting something light.
- They have salads, soup, and some appetizer like garlic bread and spring rolls.
- Hmm, I'll go with the garlic bread. How about you
- I'll have the soup. And for the main course?
- I see they have a variety of options- pasta, chicken, seafood.
- I'm eyeing the grilled chicken. Should we get some side dishes too?
- Yeah, let's make it two mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.
- sound good. Oh I need to flag down the waiter to ask for the bill later.
- Don't worry I'll foot the bill this time. We can split the cost next time.
- No, let's go Dutch. It's fair that way
- Alright we'll go Dutch then

Side dishes - Side dishes are additional food items served alongside the main course, often complementing the main dish.
Ex: The restaurant offered a choice of side dishes such as mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.

Make it two - This phrase means to order or request two of something.
Ex: Mark suggested, "Let's make it two side dishes - mashed potatoes and steamed veggies.“

Flag down - To flag down means to signal or attract someone's attention, especially in a busy or crowded place.
Ex: Emily needed to flag down the waiter to ask for the bill before leaving.

Ask for the bill- This phrase means to request the total amount owed for the meal from the waiter or waitress.
Ex: After finishing their meal, Emily planned to ask for the bill to settle their payment.

Split the cost - To split the cost means to divide the total amount of money equally among two or more people.
Ex: Emily suggested, "Let's split the cost of the meal so that it's fair for both of us.“

Go Dutch - This phrase means to share the expenses equally, especially when dining out.
Ex: Mark agreed, "Alright, we'll go Dutch and each pay for our own portion of the bill.“
