Hi I'm an Italian pediatric resident. I'm currently in my fourth year of residency and I'm rotating in NICU. 
In Italy neonatal resus in the delivery room/ operating theatre is led by the physician (pediatrician/neonatologist). Usually the resuscitation team is composed by a resident, an attending and a nurse. What is it like in other country?
