X Band Walks

Step 1: Loop the band around your feet then cross the band over, holding it with your hands.
Step 2: Pull the band to your hip, slight bend your knees and drive your hips back.
Step 3: Step sideways, leading with the foot that in the direction you are going.
Step 4: Then step back in with the opposite foot, keeping your feet just slightly wider than shoulder width apart.
IMPORATNT: Always maintain constant tension through the band.
Step 5: Reverse your direction and repeat the full process.
