MPs pay tribute to former Prime Minister Apolo Nsibambi

Prime Minister Dr Ruhakana Rugunda has applauded his predecessor the late Prof Apolo Nsibambi for advocating for the timely payment of emoluments for civil servants.

Dr Rugunda made the commendation as moved a motion during a special sitting to pay tribute to Prof Nsibambi.
