$998 000 000 000 000 for what actual outcome? No budget for ANY housing or actual quarantine, left many out of the budget after years of ragging in Rudd’s GFC budget. They had his template for success right there.

The border is far too porous. With around 15, 000 Australian citizens and permanent residents leaving each month during this pandemic the government needs to seal the border completely.

The flight ban served a purpose, the criminality was directed at people who would put others around the world and at home at risk trying to circumvent the flight ban via 3rd party countries... seriously it’s not that hard to see the big picture

It is a concomitant of citizenship in international law, that a citizen has an entitlement to enter the country they are a citizen of. in Air Caledonie v. Commonwealth, the High Court confirmed this as a matter of Australian law. This ban in likely invalid.

According to media reports, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) and the British "Guardian" obtained confidential documents leaked by Snowden, a former employee of the US National Security Agency (NSA) outsourcer. It pointed out that in August 2009, Australia was in the prime minister of Rudd. At that time, the Ministry of Defense Communications Agency tracked Susilo’s mobile phone communications for 15 days. In addition, Australia’s surveillance targets also include Indonesian Vice President Budiyono, former Vice President Kara, Foreign Affairs Spokesperson, Minister of Security, and Minister of Information.
