it seems like many people in the comment section mentioned how beautiful this scene is and how it gives them a feeling that they can't quite explain. that stopped me for a moment and made me to contemplate, and I think I have a reasonable explanation ... at lease for myself


the city is busy. noisy by nature with its lights, sounds and rushing people. Still, the person is watching it in quietness and isolation. like if he's not a part of it yet he's being so curious and consumed by it, amused by it state of being. Such configuration and state of mind is synonymous to what we go though during early childhood. As young children, the outer world (outside the parents' house and familiar places) used to be very interesting for us. We always watched it and observed it with so much curiously trying to figure out its strange unfamiliar nature. It was so strange that we felt isolated from it and not a part of it.


Memories of such moment are lost for most of us for the fact that they were during early childhood, but the feelings associated with them however are still engraved deep in our subconscious minds. That's way sceneries like this with similar configurations evoke such feelings. Feelings that are usually intense and nostalgic being a part of our childhood. yet, they are confusing and somehow empty because simply we can't associate them with any clear memories or understand the reasoning behind them.

What makes this song magical is the fact that no single mood can define the sounds that is heard. It's a song of love, anger, sadness, frustration, happiness etc. this song changes with your mood.

I started listening to Orcesteral back in late 2015, Everdream by Epic Soul Factory and Nightsky by Tracey Cattaway were one of my first.

This took me to the days I only felt one emotion when listening to these, Beauty. It was enchanting, and grand, it took me to worlds more beautiful than here would ever be, showed me people who thought being asked to be nice to me was too little to ask for.

Now after a brief time I land right back to the world of noise and ugliness, and I have heard many music that made me feel more different emotions.

But this, this nostalgia will be forever with me in remembering how I first felt towards this music

I felt my heart pounding as I heard my family yelling for me as I ran away. The tears jumping out of my eyes and into the wind. I jumped onto the tops of the buildings, jumping from one to the next. I got to this place. I collapsed, my feet hanging off the edge.
I lay there sobbing looking at the ceiling of the building.
I look city. I hadn't noticed it before....I was the city. I could feel the city lights sweeping through me like a gentle breeze. This was what I longed adventure I had waited for.
