I’m off on my first overnight hike in two weeks, I’m using a highpoint Enigma 65 rucksack my step dad let me keep from his travels in Australia, I’ve just finished uni and I’ve managed to scramble a couple hundred pounds for the rest of my gear, can’t wait!

Nice slug Andy. They get a bad press but I don't mind them (wouldn't want one in the tent though 😉). Green Gable is one I haven't given much thought to but but it looks a superb spot, what with the views down Ennerdale and the close up of Gable's cliffs. That's what it's all about aint it? Having the time to just chill out and be part of the landscape, taking it all in and enjoying the sights and sounds. Good for the soul it is. Cracking vid mate. 👍

Nice one. Canny hike too. Nice sunrise like with the cloud above it. I want to use my Pretents again soon. You’ll have all these wainwrights done soon. Then you can do all the Munro’s. 👍
