What people in the comments are not hearing is that it was a CUSTODIAL VISIT! That means they've gone to court and have certain days where they can have said child. It's not like the mother went unhinged after not getting her baby. She did the proper thing and went to the authorities when the custody agreement was broken. It wasn't a Walmart in Maine. It was a Walgreens and it's right there in the video. Get the report right! He was spotted at Walmart in Canada and someone reported them. Misinformation may seem trivial but it makes a difference and when it's the news reporting, you have an obligation to get it right.

I bet if any child spends significant time away from he/she would riun into their arms. My nephews and nieces ran into my arms everything I see them. And am not the momma or the daddy. This child was with his father.

This is so common out there in Florida... why is noone talking about it?? Literally weekly my partner and I would receive text messages about missing children in our area and we had just moved there couldn't believe how often these amber alerts came through while living in tampa it became weekly thing. why is nobody doing anything about this?! We come from the Tri-state area that doesn't happen up here As often as it occurs in Florida and if it does we don't know about it but how come it's so normal down there??? We moved we went back to the Tri-state 6 months ago it's happening all over the state of Florida weekly! We just got one today and don't live there anymore its crazy. everyone needs to know this it's serious.

I wonder if it would have gotten the same amount of coverage if the roles were reversed and it was the mother who took him to Canada. Also, you have to show your passport to get into Canada, and a child is on their mothers passport.

Lol he was with his dad and grandma. Kidnapped is much but we all know how the system favors the mother more than the father. But the father will still have to pay child support.
