Yet another great and interesting interview. Don’t pay for upgraded ChatGPT and learn to write effective prompts in order to get what you want from the bot. ChatGPT is not conscious so it does not have a higher consciousness. ChatGPT is part of the Large Language Model(LLM) family. Keep in mind that whatever ChatGPT spits out you still have to have good idea of the SOW in order to fact check the responses. Everyone should learn great prompt writing skills. It is necessary now and in the future. Also, keep in mind that you will only give the government what they ask for in the format they request. Some bids may not be “proposals”, they may even ask you for certain font types, some may ask for price and quantity only, etc. Send no extra info, nothing.
