I love him much detail this scene has. From how Snatcher is purposely give the smallest portion due to his allergy, to how Gristle never eats his cheese and just watches Snatcher, awaiting the inevitable. I love this movie.

One of the more underrated animated villains. He's funny yet totally ruthless and has a desperate, yet self-destructive motivation. You love to hate him but also feel a little bit bad at how he goes out

You gotta love how, ignoring Snatcher's cheese allergies, even one of his minions, Mr. Trout I think, was a lot more eloquent in his cheese degustation and flavor description than Snatcher himself, to the point he literally copies what he said at the end of the movie. The guy was just _not_ cut for that stuff.

Fun fact the scenes when Snatcher is having his allergic reaction the face molds were so complicated that the 3D printer that could print 100 face molds at a time could only print like 12 of them and they took over an hour to print.

One of my favourite things (that I didn't notice until my second viewing of the film) is the cheese itself in this scene; From what I gather, true cheese-connoisseurs seek out rare types of cheese, usually with pretty strong and interesting flavors to them.
Apart from them trying their best to not trigger the boss' fits, the fact that they're not only eating one of the most common types of cheese in the world (cheddar) but also the extra extra mild version of it really shows how Snatcher only cares about appearances and prestige above all.
