Excellent deep dive into the Great LR Baggs Align Series! Does anyone else wonder if LR Baggs would put them all into one pedal? All five will be about $1, 000, which is prohibitive.

Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video. I imagine by now you are aware, the input jack on top of the Delay pedal is to add a tap tempo foot switch.

Hi . I have a question. I have an normal radial stagebug DI box for acoustic guitar without any effects. So I need a reverb pedal. Is it possible to connect this reverb pedal to my di box and sound great. As I am a rhythm and a strummer. I am not a fingers type player.
Which is the best option to lead worship in church

Thank you, Christopher, for touching on the difference between Active and Passive pickup systems (with or without onboard preamp), which can be a confusing topic. Great explanation of the effects! Lloyd Baggs and company have such a wealth of experience and engineering expertise, it's hard to find anything better for keeping acoustic guitarists and sound engineers happy.

Hi! Thank for this review!
Could you compare L.R.BAGGS Align Reverb with Strymon Flint Tremolo & Reverb?
Wich one being better for acoustic guitar pedalboard?

Hello. I am thinking about the LR Baggs Voiceprint. What other pedals, probably from the Align series would you recommend. I am one of those plugging into a church soundboard, albeit a nice sound board. Thank you.

Question... If I have the Session DI, Align Delay, Align Reverb, and a Strymon Cloudburst (for ambient effects which I seldom use)... would a TC Electronic Body Rez work in the signal chain or is it overkill because there is a compressor on the Session DI? Just a note. I use VERY LITTLE reverb and delay on my sound. (Running a Martin D18 with Baggs HiFi pickup.)

I started with the reverb pedal just for the heck of it. It was so great I got the chorus next. I have used the Boss CH2 for decades very mildly. My old friend the CH2 got retired. Lastly I went for the delay pedal. I thought what could it do over the ones I have been using. Again a winner. These pedals are designed for acoustic guitars. They blend your natural signal with the effected signal very nicely. I can't describe the difference to regular guitar pedals if you are picky on your acoustic guitar sound you wont be disappointed.

Hi Chris. Nice job, as usual. These Baggs pedals are not just for guitar. Two years ago, on a whim, I bought ‘90s Zeta solid-body electric cello to broaden my horizons beyond guitar & piano. The piezo pickup sounds lifeless & harsh. Running it through my Grace BiX made it louder, not better. Enter Baggs Align series pedals. I use 3 of them- Session, Delay & Reverb - then my MXR Clone Looper & a passive Whirlwind DI. The Zeta sound is transformed into a lush, organic wave you just want to get lost in. Love these pedals. I wish they made one pedal with all FX, just to avoid repeated A/D D/A conversions.
I’ve also put the Session between a Strat & clean amp for sweetening. Highly recommend.

Thanks Chris. Your knowledge of how to use the LR Baggs accessories. I had the Para Acoustic box years ago and used it with my older pre ES Taylor 410. It really did the JOB. I sold it with the 410 like an idiot. Wish I still had it. I’ll check out this series. As an aside: I installed a Baggs I-mix in my Taylor Leo Kottke 12 string before they were even on the market. Doyle Dykes recommended it and told me how to contact them using his name to get the new system. Once again, it was wonderful!

Can I use the equalizer only instead of the active DI?

Hi Chris, do I need an active DI or passive DI if my electric acoustic guitar that has onboard active preamp that operated by a 9V battery?

I've never been into extreme FX pedals. I use the reverb with both acoustic (Fender parlour, Taylor Baby, old Eko 'Electra' 12 string as well as a Squier thinline and a Squier 3/4 Strat) - perfect for all.

Hey, Chris. If these are acoustic pedals, why are you surrounded by electric guitars? Nice vid, as always.
