In this video:
Zeus' son, and the king of Crete Minos was too proud of the fact that he had the favor of the sea god poseidon. So one time his brothers challenged him to prove it.

Minos agreed, and prayed to poseidon for a magical bull. Which he promised to sacrifice to the god himself. Having heard his prayers. Poseidon granted him a divine bull, and minos emerged victorious against his brothers. But then, instead of sacrificing the bull as per the promise. Minos kept it for himself.

This angered poseidon, and so he asked the greek goddess of lust Aphrodite to distract Minos' wife pasiphae with an insatiable lust for the same bull. Aphrodite's curse worked, and pasiphae couldn't control her crave for the bull.

So she asked elite craftsmen daedulus and icarus to build a wooden cow with a compartment for her to hide in. Once made, she hid inside it, and the wooden was brought to the bull, and well, you can fill in the blanks.

This unique union led to the birth of minotaur, the powerful monster with the body of a human, and the head, and tail of a bull.

For those wondering how the minotaur is possible (don't worry its not explicit) : Pasiphae was a deity (or part deity), daughter of Helios I believe, so she could become pregnant by the bull. Basically in many mythologies you can get pregnant or impregnate anyone even if its unnatural as long as you and/or they have some divine blood in them.

Take Medusa for example: in Greek mythology (specifically Hesiod's theogony) she was born a hideous (look up "ancient Greek gorgon pottery", the one wotht the face looking at you is greek Medusa) gorgon to Ceto and Phorcys (sea deities) and hooked up with Poseidon in a field of flowers (reminder: SA myth is actually from Roman mythology specifically a section of Ovid's metamorphoses, so only relationship Medusa has with Poseidon is consensual) the result of this union is Pegasus (a horse with wings) and another non-human like being whose name I can't remember. Also some member of Greek Gorgon Medusa's family produce Typhoon: the ancient Greek version of Godzilla. So the creation of monsters/non humans is definitely a divine trait

What was the problem the Bull didn't find her as beautiful as a block of wood. Still wondering why the Bull had to fill in the blanks.🙄

Then females wonder why they end up with v problems. From male side of things, it's painful smashing the cervix each pump..I'm no bull, but it not only causes the male problems down the road with his "pickle" but it wears the female wall thin, also possible to puncture during play or just down later in life to have v problems that could end her doing any riding or catching..and possibly death.

A lot of this Myth stuff was a way that the older societies could pass along to later generations' information, as the societies were not only illiterate, there was no written language in their language. So, the idea was that of an allusion to something else, a reference in effect, or a reference to something. These folks are too far back in time to understand these references. Sort of convoluted, but there you go. A more recent reference is about the son of Poseidon and a Titian. And I will let the reader look that one up for themselves, as the story is long and convoluted.

When anything that is unreasonable needs to be reasonable you just need to add this secret sauce (god) to it and then BOOM!!! Anything reasonable.

The actual scientific problem of this tale is a bull's sperm cannot fertile a human egg... naturally. Without mutation in lab, it cannot be done. Does this mean that they had the knowledge and scientific expertise to mutate DNA of any living being???!!!! 🤔😱

More believable than most religious banter.
