I'll have to admit you are/were a huge inspiration for me to KL & Malaysia in general. I'm yet to go for my first time but I've already looked into the nomad visa for 2025. Going to have to rent in KL I think personally, I don't have enough to put down to buy. I'm 29, single & got some savings. Going to try stay aslong as I can within my visa limit to see if the love stays before trying to look for a more permeant housing/visa. Love watching your videos!

In the future, I'd love to see some homes that you could rent out 2-3 bedroom? Or whatever 500 gbp a month can get me. Ideally I'd want a guest room, my own room and a room for a maid during my stay (renting on the nomad visa)

It 's not easy to sell house above RM 1 million in melaka ... For investment or good rental better to buy in Selangor or Seremban or near KLIA .do more research before you burn your money

House is fine and you get alot for your money Alhamdulillah but i can't lie the outside view is very disappointing, All you can see is other houses and a mish mash of greenary and other people's back yards, reminds me abit of the UK
