how to change format of the video? like when i import video it's just 548x960, and the quality is not very good :( even when i rotoscope, quality of my drawing is very far from ideal

Hello, thank you so much for this great video! I was wondering if you could answer a question for me: I wanted to video with my iphone the hand sketching like you did in a previous video so I could create a rotoscope animation. My phone will only do 30 or 60 FPS, not 24 (which is what i want). Can i just delete 6 frames? Not sure how that works. Thank you!!

For some reason when i make a new layer the screen turns green, and it’s really hard to see what you suppose to trace, (it only happens when I try to rotoscope)
