I'm looking for a loose spring, like the old fashion kind on camp lavatory doors. The goal is to have it self close but very lightly and slam shut. As a kid I remember them being kind of flimsy, thinner than what is on the gate in the vid. Thanks.

I noticed you got an outward opening gate. Would it work on an inward opening gate putting it on the inside ? Or would I have to fix it to outside ?
