Did you know PEI accepts ACH or eCheck payments? It's easy to use if you set it up in advance.
1.Log in at My.PEI.org
2. Click My Payment Methods
3. Add Bank Account

If I have check issued to me, can I pay by it?

This is rather scary, there isn't even an e-signature...

Imagine, someone had all of my information handy, EXCEPT my checking account; so, that person assumed I will just give it to "her". (I assume that was a woman texting me.) However, she couldn't have "charmed" me enough; so, instead of providing her with my checking account number, I blocked her, lol!
