Sooo.. 0:30 - 0:41 was pretty harsh lol and I totally understand Lauren wanting some kind of comfort from her girlfriend. Leyla on the other hand was embarrassed and definitely felt bad hearing those things said about the woman she loves, but one of both of them had to be a doctor in this situation and it couldn’t be Lauren so Leyla had to. I mean it’s why doctors shouldn’t treat family, their judgement is almost always clouded and it’s not their fault. What would have made this whole episode okay was to give these two lovebirds the kind of closure Helen and Iggy got after their disagreement (those who watched this episode know what i mean). Maybe we will see a direct continuation in the next episode. Then again, Leyla could have still empathized with Lauren at this moment and still pushed for her patient. I’ll give her a pass because being caught in family drama like this is hard and deeply embarrassing. She was caught between a rock and a hard place... (on another note, this wasn’t what we wanted after these two hadn’t worked the same shift in weeks😂. I hope they give us more joy next episode)

I'm calling it. They're gonna kill one of them. When a couple have this kind of chemistry, and good for each other, writers think it's a good narrative to whack one of them. I mean, how many lesbian couple make it to end game in all the famous TV series out there? They either got canceled, one got killed, broke up with stupid reason, or one ends up with a dude. I love them, but I'm not gonna get too attached 😭
