Here are the steps:

Take a few deep breaths and center yourself.

Once you have observed these three aspects of yourself, ask yourself if they are in alignment with your goals and values. If not, make the necessary adjustments to bring them into alignment.

I absolutely love Regan tells us when she started out, she didn't believe what she was writing but kept going with it, or when her first manifestation came to be, it just felt normal.
