i really can't believe kirara's a four star, like she's got 2 tails, an ADORABLE design, amazing splash art, great voice overs (kudos to the va<3) *crazy* burst scaling dmg, & not to mention her skill!! i think hyv has smth against shielders and i wouldn't be surprised if they got favoritism over zhongli xD

YESSS this was exactly what i was thinking!! when i heard she can apply dendro about 7-8 times in a single full hold E duration, i had to imagine that but applies to 3 enemies in close range. paired with nilou aura and some off field hydro like kokomi or ayato, and here we are
