God Tree Nether Portal Build! - Minecraft Timelapse

In this video I walk through my process in building this god oak tree! From the terrain, all the way to the nether portal nestled in its trunk! I added lots of mushrooms, lilypads, and other plants for atmosphere, and even a little owl as a resident to the tree!

This god tree build was constructed in 8 hours of building, over the last 3 days! It is one of my fastest builds to date!

im a digital artist and honestly its stuff like this that makes me think minecraft and maybe some other sandbox games should be considered possible mediums of real art. tho some people dont even think normal digital art is art, but they can screw off :/

I just came from binge watching technical minecraft videos where they were building ender pearl cannons that could transport you across the map at 18000 blocks per second. It's such a crazy contrast to see that and then this, all the different ways people can approach this game. Really amazing build (yours) btw. Now I'm off to go sleep in my dirt house :p.

I think you should make the leaves, ferns, and etc. glow in the dark. So whenver nighttime comes the whole thing comes alive at night.

I was having an art block and this gave me inspiration on doing a watercolour piece. (nothing related to minecraft I know oof) Though this video is from 2018, it came up in my recommendation today. Your building are so cool and therefore I just subscribed :D
