You can read ebooks, pdf files, webpages, etc on a cellphone. Free android apps can automatically display them without their white space margins, so even with a pdf file the fonts are large enough to read comfortably unless your vision is poor. (Use landscape orientation to read pdf files.)

This is just confusing, bad reporting people. No idea how many devices, what they are called, related prices etc and specs, just a mess.
