Hi Yuping, I have two questions. First of all, thank you for all your informational videos.
1. When negotiating in Chinese on 1688 would you recommend the same tactics? Should I keep it more formal or more conversational? I am fluent in Mandarin.
2. I tried Alibaba in English with a professional RFQ and intro like you suggested but all the suppliers messaged me back was a super simple message on the alibaba messenger with no quote, and often ignore my questions. I was buying MOQ they had on the website. I ended up so frustrated that I just went ahead and ordered the products at listing price on alibaba's website. This felt like a huge mistake and against all of what you suggested in the past but was the only way I was able to have a decent conversation with the supplier after. My guess is that the product is small and cheap and they are not making much margins, so they don't want to waste their time on MOQ. Is this a common problem to have? Any suggestions?

Love your videos, thank you. I have have never negotated pricing with my suppliers because the product i am buying consists of expensive components and i feel they are charging a good price. I am more interested in the quality of their work and the speed of their manufacturing. Am I wrong?
