Carbon Ceramics are Definitely worth it, I drive an RS and have changed the brakes 3 times already, im at 80k. keep in mind i drive rough and now the brakes are Gyrodiscs with Audi breakpads, Still 3gs to swap each time.

carbon ceramics were a $6500 option for my RS.
I would highly suggest people to go with carbon ceramics for 10piston breaks

RS7 is what you get if you can't get the RS6
RSQ8 is what you get if you want to tow something small once in a while

Ive had the C7 RS6, then C7 RS6 performance, then RS4 B9 then M5 Comp, now RS6 C8... I can confirm, the RS6 has better rotation and turn in than the RS7 - due to the station wagon weight distribution... The M5 is the most dynamic, but utterly dog shit in build quality and fit/finish by comparison... Im a European Banker... for me, I don't even have to think about what to buy, when a new RS6 comes out, I buy it.

Personal opinion, Sporting SUV is just a stunt. You need make a choice between speed and off-road capacity!
