Speed is cadence x stride length. If your stride length is half a kipchoge, simply double the cadence to 360. This is what Sage meant.

I just can't believe how seriously my cameo clip was edited! 🤣

180 The number etched in running wisdom stone that will usher in all of your running dreams and goals. So simple, yet so elusive.

Brilliant! The take-home messages is that from now on I should edit down all my Strava activities to just the portions where my cadence is 180

Thanks for the tips! I’m sure that improving my cadence is all I need to do to run a marathon time that will actually get me into Boston in 2025.

I made a Spotify playlist with all 180 bpm songs and run to the beat.

Was seriously scared a new video would end with " long live Kiptum"

I was waiting for the follow up sentence of “and ignore all the advice of my coach, because I know more than him after watching hours of you tube videos”. 😂

From now on I will refer to this video anybody mentioning 180 cadence 😅

I run my 5;00 pace in slow motion too.

As a serious runner, I do not settle for the standard 180.

I hope you were using a green screen to talk to Sage, and not foolishly standing within his 25 foot radius of supremacy. No one can handle that much raw power.

Btw did you run @5.00 pace and use slow motion or did you just run like you are in slowmotion at 5 pace?

Oh how random I was watching some running form videos 🤣🤣🤣 … once you have 180 cadence, be sure to over stride to get that longer stride length and you will Olympic qualify…..

Form is only emptiness; emptiness only form.

Analysis is great... but ultimately, it's all for social media glory 😅
