I truly think tis will be another area 51 but without walls / fences , you will not need "them" the scientists housed there will be self sustainable and creating the robots and IA will be a fun time to pass the long lonely hours ; all that youth will be wasted i few years ! way to go mr. Wonderful ; make sure you save lots of money for compensation to whom will be in luck to free themselves from the fantasy world . But some desperate University graduates will buy it , what else is new ?
