In a pinch you can use your belt and buckle (mine has a heavy buckle on it) to swing it at an attacker. I don't like to carry any of my knives, (including my throwing knives) or my can of mace, but i should probably start doing it now, just in case. The world is getting crazier and crazier.

To be frank, I saw this video in the recommended view list and had to click it out of curiosity regarding the response to this topic. I share this faith but as a recently retired law enforcement officer let me assure you the escapist mentality that because your a Christian, you or your family can’t be victimized is false and dangerous. tragedy, violence and rough circumstances touch the lives of people regardless of faith, economic brackets, area you live in, age etc. If you want to turn the other cheek when a evil person has forced their way into your home and is going to do horrible things to you and or your family then good luck with that.I don’t believe that is what the Bible is instructing us to do. I worked child victim cases for years, innocent lives victimized of terrible things. When I hear glib responses to this kind of topic it angers me…sorry just being real. It is my full belief that preparing, training and planning so you can act, defend, protect you and your family, your church, schools, homes, the elderly, in humility before a Holy God, from a very real evil is one of the most Godly things we can do.
