1/16 RC King Tiger VIB Tamiya

1/16 RC King Tiger VIB Tamiya.

This is a first Edition model with the old 540 Motor and Clutch turning gearbox.

The Motor has been changed out for a crawler Motor to slow the tank down. A modern electronic Speed Controller has been installed and runs off a six channel 2.4Ghz RC System.

The model was repainted and is good to go.

I've recently acquired 2 1981 editions with each type turret. One's a static, I'm animating with Heng Long 7.0 electrics and my Henschell has the original single motor, double clutch set up. Boy, can it go! Both suffer from rubbish track idler adjustment though.
