UFC 145: Jones vs. Evans (Gracie Breakdown)

Even though the main event didn't end in a spectacular submission UFC 145, there were definitely some beautiful moments. In this Gracie Breakdown, Ryron and Rener focus on the amazing side control that Rory MacDonald used to dominate Che Mills. They explain how he set up the crucifix and go over three escape variations that you can use if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position that Che Mills was in. Excellent breakdown. I love BJJ/GJJ. At this time in my life, I work two jobs and have a family to take care of so I cannot practice or roll. My only way of staying up on technique are video breakdowns like this or watching competitions and MMA. Where there is a will, there is always a way to keep learning and growing.
