Do you have any suggestions for typing what you hear? I failed my test by 2 points. Needed 70 got 68..keying the descriptions is what I did not pass.

I've heard that when taking the Criticall exam that computer only types in all caps. Is that true and if so then on the typing portion you don't need to worry about capitalization ? What about common symbols exct?
