Pork is the most consumed meat in Greece and pork chops one of the most popular dishes you will come across during lunch time. This delicious Greek recipe uses very few ingredients but combines high quality Greek thyme to create a very quick and tasty dish.

INGREDIENTS (serves 4)
4 pork chops with the bone
140ml dry white wine
3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp (or more) extra virgin olive oil
1 onion, grated
1 tbsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to season
