Once again you have out done yourself, which seems to an ever increasing challenge. For me, a monarch doesn't just represent the people but also represents who the people want to be and I think that Elizabeth II has done a damn fine job of it throughout her life and reign. Thank you for your efforts.

Great video, sir. I'm actually from the UK and as far as I'm aware, it's only the more conservative types who actually respect the monarchy, all else are bitter towards the royal family. While the reasoning that David provides may be a more subconscious truth as to why people think the way they do, I think that there is a more explicit, popular view - that people perceive the royal family as having a lot of unearned wealth, yet there they sit at the top of British celebrity-hood. It sounds rather surface-level and superficial but so are most of the people from this repellent country.
