- Properties of Exponents:
1. Any number to the zeroth power is 1.
2. A number "k" raised to one is equal to "k".
3. A number "k" raised to negative one is equal to "1/k".
4. A number "k" raised to "-n" is equal to "1/(k^n)".
5. "k^m" times "k^n" is equal to "k^(m+n)".
6. "(k^m)/(k^n)" is equal to "k^(m-n)".
7. "(k^m)^n" is equal to "k^(m*n)".
8. "(jk)^m" is equal to "j^m k^m".
9. (j/k)^m = (j^m)/(k^m)

I've been so confused, since sobra tagal ko na working,

I super love algrebra and the law of exponents is really helpful before attacking the world of algebra. Sometimes it's a headache if you don't solve a problem without expanding it to its simpliest exponents. Loving all these property lessons.
