From the skylanders from this list that i do have ill give my opinion:
Blast Zone "a classic, pretty great": My only swapper (don't ask) but he was honestly awesome, one of the most fun skylanders i had.
Bumble Blast "the best core": I can't say I agree or disagree since I didn't have every core but from my experience he is pretty good and REALLY fun to play, S3 Spyro "meh": I personally think he was pretty good, i didn't have any other Spyro tho so ya'll let me know wich one's the best.
S3 Terrafin "not good at all": What? I don't get why the hate, i personally liked him a lot and he was fun to play as (but i didn't have any of the previous Terrafin figures at all either only Terrabite and Shark Shooter Terrafin who came in later games and didn't play the same, so let me know if og Terrafin or S2 are better, and if so, why?).
Zoo Lou "underrated, he's awesome": I'd say I'd agree but i didn't play him muh cuz i never liked his design all that much and back when i was kid so i barely used him, but from what i did play of him he was kinda meh.
Slobber Tooth "good": the only one i completely agree with, i also thought he was ugly but unlike Zoo Lou i actually played him more simply cuz he was fun to play, he wasn't bad, but he also wasn't great, "good" perfectly describes him.
