Forza Horizon 4/5 PC Fix wheel issues with Emuwheel

For Windows version
For wheels that do not have a profile built into the game ("unrecognised device") it is not necersarry to use EmuWheel to get your wheel to work. Just follow these simple steps
1. Make sure you have the official driver installed for your wheel
2. Load the game up and go into the controller/wheel settings
3. The layout feild for steering wheels has a bug that makes it appear blank, use your keyboard to highlight it and press the left and right arrows till it pops up (should read custom profile 1)
4. You can now map your wheel and enjoy

It works, I cant believe it! My good old MOMO Force (the red one) is now working with Forza Horizon 4 and FFB is active! Now the only thing I need is to combine this with UJR, because of the limited buttons on my wheel. FH4 has some unbelievable shitty design choices, like you have to map these 10 functions on your wheel, even if they can be controlled by keyboard. Im using my MOMO Force since Richard Burns Rally and never had these problems.

II can't believe it...this actually worked & worked dang well! Thx Mr blue & Discord. I am PC illiterate and I actually did it wtf lol. I found my own way to local file & the ffb number I needed to copy & paste didn't match the other numbers but it actually worked anyway. I previously had zero ffb before this & as you can probably tell I am so very joyous. Didn't try the dead zone configuration though yet 🤔

I had made Vjoy and Emuwheel work with FH4, but the FFB is missing, even checked the VidPid is the same with FFB device, any possible for FFB lose? (Simagic M10 on windows 10 steam version FH4)

The fact that multiple usb doesn't work in the steam version just sucks, considering the price they charge for an OLD game, you would think the least they could do was fix it.

One thing i'm trying to fix is that the wheel in game turns omax to right or left before my wheel does, I've tried to adjust the settings and everything but it didn't fix that, it seems like you have the same problem in 5:17, why doen't the game sense the real movement of the wheel, it just goes max right or max left

hey bro, is this to use the hand brake? I have the logitech g920 steering wheel with gearbox and handbrake, but the handbrake is on the same axis as the accelerator.

Navigating to %AppData% will take you straight to the AppData folder, as its a system variable.

Hello I need help.
I have FH4 steam edition, (1)Simagic Alpha mini wheelbase(Single axis), (2) 3Drap simple hub wheel (4 buttons), (3) Thrustmaster usb Joystick handbrake (Single axis) and (4) Simagic Peripherial adapter (3 axis, 7 buttons) configured all of these in the "vJoy Device" using "vJoyConf.exe" and setting 128 buttons and 1 4hat, and in device manager I can see all the inputs working correctly in it.
I then added the 2 .reg files, configured all the bindings on "Configurator.exe", saved then execute "Hush.exe" and "Forza EmuWheel.exe" correctly but can't manage to bind controls in game exept for the steering axix and nothing else.
Since when added "vJoy_is_car_controller.reg" can't even see the "wheel" tab on control settings on FH4, even used "FH4 Steam FFB Fix.exe" "locate" correctly bit the game won't see my controls, what else can I do to have my devices to work on Forza Horizon 4 on Steam? Oh I also deactivated steaminput in bigscreen mode
