Naxos - Greece | 4K

Naxos is one of the largest islands of the Cyclades and is located in the middle of the Aegean Sea. It is full of beautiful, long beaches with crystal clear water. Its appearance is reminiscent of Mykonos and Santorini, the only difference is that Naxos does not have as much nightlife. The settlements are made up of houses built according to the traditional Cycladic construction method, with white walls and blue windows. Windy weather prevails on Naxos, so a couple of beaches are a real little paradise for kitesurfers. As for the food, it is best to try their specialties such as yogurt with honey and walnuts. It is also known for its cheeses, wine, honey, lamb, seafood and fresh fish. One of the taverns that should be visited is Delfiniki, which is located in the northeast of the island. The most famous specialty is octopus in wine, which is recommended by everyone who has tried it.

I just returned from Agios Prokopios on Saturday. Funny to see the same people giving massages on the beach and I can recognise some of the very rocks I was swimming from. It's a great island.
