Considering the price of the washer/dryer I just bought, I feel that you should add another R100 on and just send a deep offset 10mm spanner with the appliance. I had a delay of 24 hours and a 20km drive to go and find one. Also, this video is incomplete, now I have the spanner, I have unscrewed the bolts, and they won't come out. If you make the customer experience smooth, you will increase the possibility of us being brand-loyal. Now, after this frustration, I don't feel inclined to buy a DEFY appliance again. 48 hours later and I still cannot use my washer/dryer!
