I loved this. Very inspirational. I especially liked your take on the benefits of Jiu Jitsu. It really resonated with me. I’m a 56 year old white belt with a year and a half of training so far. I am definitely getting comfortable with being uncomfortable… lol. It doesn’t bother me as much and getting smashed has become less of a big deal. I really appreciate your channel and content. Hi Rick! You are an inspiration ❤️! Am 68 yrs old male started training December of 2022 now a 3 stripes white belt actively training 2hrs per day 5 days a week; with several injuries I got since started Jiu-Jitsu I think I'm beginning to love it

Love the channel: You are on point with all the segments. I'm a 3rd strip purple belt 53 year old and I have been adding strength training and l flexibility training. I'm the oldest member in the Academy trying to achieve my brown belt . Any tips you can give me towards getting my brown belt? Keep up the good work.

Don't understand why no-gi doesn't have ranks. Just have a belt that stays in your bag for promotions. Or colored rashguard, etc
