Rather than "save humanity", I would have rather gone with "save your people" or "secure your future" as thats the vibe I felt while playing these games. Humanity is not at risk as I think ( but dont hold me to ) most of the galactic factions are or once were Human ( bentusi ). Maybe not from our galaxy exactly but just as a species to fill the role of a space faring race within the games fictional lore. 

Though I do remember see that at one point the Vaygr were going to be an entirely different species to humans ( humans being higaraans ) but I think they scraped that idea in the end.

I remember buying this game on steam for 40 bucks, only to have it become my first refunded game, because I was sick at the time, and was getting really motion sick when playing it. 6 days later, after I was better, it was on sale for 13 bucks, so I bought it again... Best... Refund.... Ever!

This game is a masterpiece and my childhood and I can't wait to play it, that being said this trailer just doesn't do it good. Where is soothing music and that beautiful space wibe, whoever made this needs to stop playing borderlands and take a look at the classic Homeworld : /
